Every individual has a unique journey, and I'm here to support and empower diverse communities on their path to healing and growth. From survivors of trauma who show incredible resilience, to individuals on the autism spectrum, LGBTQIA+ individuals embracing their identities, and those battling eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, I am committed to providing a safe and compassionate space where everyone's experiences are valued. 🌈✨⁣

In my practice, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, with a focus on survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence. I also have a deep passion for working with individuals dealing with borderline personality disorder, navigating life as a neurodivergent person, or battling depression or anxiety. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). My approach is rooted in attachment theory, recognizing the importance of secure relationships in our lives.⁣

For couples, I utilize the Gottman method to strengthen relationships through improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection.
