Tight back or shoulders? Try this simple trick with a ball. 🎾

Alexa is demonstrating an easy way to use a lacrosse or tennis ball to release tight muscles and stubborn trigger points in your back and shoulders.

This technique can help:
• Reduce muscle tension
• Improve mobility
• Relieve those hard-to-reach knots in your low back or between your shoulder blades

All you need is a wall and a ball. Small tool…big relief. 🙌

TMJ discomfort can show up as headaches, clicking, tightness with chewing, neck pain, even ear pressure. One powerful tool we use to help is dry needling—a precise technique that targets overactive muscles like the masseter, temporalis, and neck stabilizers.

Unlike crunches or sit-ups that bend your spine, the Pallof press trains your core to resist movement. Your job? Stay rock-solid while an outside force tries to pull you out of position. That’s how your core actually works in real life—protecting your spine during lifting, walking, running, and sports.
