Built within our Velocity Program is monthly video analysis where each one of our athletes gets specific mechanical cues to focus on.

Each video analysis is around 5 minutes long and breaks down 2-3 technical aspects of an athletes delivery.

Our performance training is specifically designed with these technicalities in mind.

We focus on strength, explosiveness, stability, mobility, and coordination. All things that won’t just improve velocity, but will increase overall athleticism.

Most importantly we teach our athletes how to throw with hip drive, trunk flexion and rotation, emphasizing full body athletic movement over arm torque. This leads to healthier long term performance.

Brea has been a part of our performance team for almost a year already!

She grew up a multi-sport athlete playing soccer, hockey, basketball, and golf. She played 5 years of collegiate soccer at the College of St. Scholastica while earning her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Exercise Physiology. She is now an Assistant Soccer Coach at St. Scholastica.

Brea has a passion for studying the mechanics of human movement and how they impact health, well-being, and especially injury prevention for all athletes, clients, or patients. Her degree along with experience gives her a strong foundation to manage any need.

She’s been integral in building team training with Excel North. She’s worked with many of our area soccer, hockey and baseball teams and clubs.

Brea also offers 1 on 1 strength training, and is starting something new with Excel - golf analysis and training!

We have high standards at Excel and Brea exceeds them!

💥⚾️ Excel Velocity Program! Register now with link in bio! Space is limited!

With our 2nd location opening in September we are incredibly excited to offer some new performance programming on a larger scale.

Our Velocity Program will train your athlete to throw harder and healthier.

The Velo programming is a 4 month block (progressively builds month to month) beginning in September and ending in December. Athletes may choose to participate 1 month at a time or subscribe to the whole block at the beginning. Remember space is limited!
