falls has been my most favorite place since I was a kid. So I came back there on my birthday to take a time out and retrace the steps that led me to where I am today. Thank you for the wishes, I’m blessed.

Friends! We are going to be doing yoga in the park at Los Angeles Historic Park (just north of Chinatown). Put it on your “to do” list today!!!

Sunday 4pm, we will adhere to social distancing protocol. Promise there will be lots of laughs and some soul healing. Smooth tunes by with a creative flow by and I.
