Our Story

TINY PEDIATRICS is a house call based practice dedicated to exceptional Pediatric care for SoCal’s tiniest! It is run by Maria Saavedra MD, Board Certified Pediatrician with 19 years of experience giving care in Children’s Hospitals across the country as well as in Europe and the Caribbean. I believe that it takes time to know a child and to understand a family’s concerns. It also takes patience and effort to insure that a child is comfortable and to perform an excellent exam. Taking that time allows me to be a partner with you in giving the best Pediatric care possible. I too am a parent and have had so many questions along the way. I am the happy mother of 4 beautiful kids. It is a joy to share both my own parenting experiences as well as my medical knowledge with the families that I care for. My practice is limited in size so that I can provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are located in Hermosa Beach and would love to be your neighborhood Pediatrician!
