We have to say it again. Thank you to the volunteers that made lessons today possible! Temps rose quickly and despite everybody melting, we are able to take care of each other and have safe classes. We can not say enough good things about everyone in our SPIRIT community! 🙏

Huge thank you to those of you that contributed to our fan fundraiser! We're walking over logs in the shade to challenge our minds but give our bodies a break in this heat. The horses will so appreciate the breeze in the barn when the fans are installed. Stay chilly!

ISO 🐎 - Know any horses looking for a step down job? How about horses that love trail rides and meeting new people? We are looking for new equine partners to join our herd!

Ideal candidates would be
- 14-16hh
- under 20 years old
- good brain, kind personality, kid-friendly
- sound W/T, maintenance OK. Canter is a bonus!
- Must stand for mounting
- 💰Lease, donation, or purchase

Our horses receive excellent care and lots of daily hugs and love 🤗! They will be regularly schooled to maintain conditioning and for variety outside of therapeutic programming. Take comfort in knowing they also remain our responsibility through their retirement years!

☀️Help us beat the heat☀️

The summer heat wave is here, and while our horses are doing their best to stay cool with hose baths and shade, we need your help to give them the comfort and safety they deserve!

Thanks to generous supporters, electricity installation is almost complete in the barn — but now we face our next urgent need: FANS!

Our goal is to purchase individual fans for each stall to keep the horses cool, safe, and comfortable during these extreme temperatures. 🧡 Every fan installed means one more horse protected from dangerous heat stress.

Will you help us cross the finish line?
🔸 Each heavy-duty stall fan costs $100.
🔸 We need 14 fans total — that’s $1,400 to fully equip the barn.

Your support keeps our herd happy and healthy all summer long.

Students from Eastern Ridge got to experience a “day in the life” at SPIRIT! Students helped make feed, fill water buckets, bring horses in from the field, and had some hands on time grooming and riding the horses!

Our students want you to have a very Hoppy Easter! They went on a bunny search trail ride yesterday and found so many bunnies and gnomes. The bunnies make you extra silly and you ride backwards! Hop hop! 🐰
