Only five sessions in and she is freaking killing it! 💪💪💪We start with lightweight over here! No ego lifting EVER! Progressive overload, a.k.a. progressing overtime … is what turns you into a literal bad ass! 💪💪💪Heel elevated Goblet Squat (hips pushed back , then down) all while maintaining a strong, neutral, spine, quad snd core dominant ….
