One word to sum up Q1 2026: humbled.

In Texas it may already feel like Spring, but the first official day of the season is March 20th. And you know us, we love to honor the return to longer, warmer days with or annual Spring Equinox Hike and Yoga Event.

When: Friday March 20th
Time: 5:30pm (do not be late)

Where: Cameron Park

Meeting Point: parking lot by the MCC Baseball/Softball fields

Trail Info: We will be hiking the Highlander-Halebop Loop. It is 1.9 Miles with a mildly challenging terrain.

After the Hike: We will stretch it out with a 30-45 min Yoga Practice by the Brazos River

What to Bring: Water. Comfortable Hiking shoes. Yoga Mat or large towel.

As always, bear in mind that we will leave our meeting point AT 5:30. Please make arrangements to be on time.

After the heaviness of winter, I think we all need more sunshine + fresh energy. March marks the Spring Equinox, a time of rebirth asking yourself: Are my surroundings supporting me? Am I making space for what truly matters? Do I feel aligned with where I’m going?
