ny for North American distribution to hospitals. Pfizer/Wyeth North American Coral Snake Antivenom was made available to Healthcare providers October of 2019. Antivenom is the only specific treatment for a Coral Snake bite.

Thai Red Cross Antivenom is currently not being shipped from Thailand as it is under investigation for Contamination with the same African Horse Disease that has closed down African serums. DO NOT dispose of any outdated AV you have until this is resolved.

💊Opioid overdose deaths in Florida are down nearly 10% in the first half of 2023.
📉The data comes from the recently released 2023 Florida Medical Examiners Interim report. One of the main reasons for the drop is being credited to the opioid reversal medication naloxone more widely available in public. You probably know naloxone by the brand name Narcan.
