Hilarious😄, however, it is a great depiction of what we can release with nice full exhales. Some may think that inhales are more important but those exhales are too. There is a breathing techniques where you inhale for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts and exhale for 8 counts (through he mouth). There is another where you simply inhale 4 and exhale 8 without the hold in between. Both emphasize the exhale. If you'd rather, you can inhale 3, exhale 6. Deflate a bit my friend!
