A movement practiced in Qi Gong & Tai Chi --sometimes called Cloudy Hands, or Cloud Hands, or Moving Clouds. It is one of my favorites. And I think most of my students enjoy it too. The movement itself helps to cultivate good heart energy for the heart organ and the heart center/space. Using specific intention during the movement allows you as an individual to target aspects like bringing in love, or joy, or patience, for instance. You can also pull out hate, hastiness, anxiety, or anger. You can simply inhale as your arms and hands float one way and exhale as they float the other way. You can also specifically inhale while moving to the left and exhale moving to the right. Make this iconic movement your own and let Qi Gong meet you where you are at any given moment. Use the "Haaah" sound whispered, as you exhale to add another layer of release and calm.
