The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice in taking my info, but said she would have to talk to the doctor to see if he could help me before scheduling an appointment. I thought this was strange, I mean, I have a foot problem and he's a podiatrist - RIGHT???? As it turns out he would not see me because a saw another podiatrist in the area 2 years ago for a different issue. Why does he have the right to tell me I cannot change doctors? Some nerve..
I also got the feeling that the fact I was a Medicare patient may have made a difference.
I will gladly share this experience with others.
I went to one doctor, he didn't even treat my foot and I didn't like his initial reaction after one minute of just looking at my foot that I needed surgery without even an x-ray. And you won't see me because I was honest? This policy you have is very short sided.
Katelynn my 10 year old had a appt. With Dr Johncock this morning to get her infected toe fixed he was the best, gentle Dr. Very nice and was great with my bashful, shy sweet girl. I recommend him to anyone kids or adults. He is womderful and all the staff was as nice as him.. thank you Dr. Johncock we will see u in 2 weeks.
