This group meets on the THIRD THURSDAY of every month at the Missoula Library in Clyde Coffee cafe from 12pm - 2pm.

Lots of our discussion at April's Death Café centered around end-of-life planning, so here is another quote that emphasizes what a gift that can be for your loved ones!

Our next Death Café is on Thursday, May 15th from 12-2pm in Cooper Room B (a different room JUST for this month) on the 4th floor of the Missoula Public Library. We'd love for you to join us and bring a friend!

The quote, by Jodi Picoult, reads, "Have a conversation with your family about your end-of-life wishes while you are healthy. No one wants to have that discussion… but if you do, you’ll be giving your loved ones a tremendous gift, since they won’t have to guess what your wishes would have been, and it takes the onus of responsibility off of them."

Join us on Friday, April 25th, from 3-5pm to talk about rituals and ceremonies for remembrance! We will share and discuss different types of rituals and ceremonies for the first hour and guide you through thinking about how you want to be celebrated when you pass in the second hour.

This free workshop will be held in Cooper Room A on the 4th floor of the Missoula Public Library and is open to adults of all ages. Please message or call us at 406-540-4302 with any questions!

This week we invite you to pause.

Take a deep breath and feel the air fill your lungs.

Exhale slowly.

Repeat this cycle a few times and let yourself settle into the moment.

Then, if you have time, reflect on the following questions:

- What feels alive in your life?

- Where is that aliveness coming from? Is there anything you can (and maybe need) to let go of to let that aliveness flourish?

- How are the seasonal cycles of life and death intertwined in your life right now?
