What is Reiki Good for???
~It helps balance our energy points(Chakras) in our body. When those are out of balance health symptoms will start.
~It can relieve pain and discomfort in the body

Wondering what a Distance Reiki Session is??? It can be done anywhere you are. Schedule an appointment with me, we will go over the details before your appointment and at your scheduled time I will perform the session by being the open channel, transferring energy through the Reiki process to you wherever you are. We can do this via, video, phone, or no contact. It all works the same!

I was feeling a little under the weather Monday and Tuesday this week so I did two Reiki sessions on myself where it felt needed, I also used my essential oils and by yesterday I was feeling my energy back and almost 100%. Today I feel fine.
