You don’t have to wrap your birth story in a bow to make it more palatable for others.

If it felt hard, scary, overwhelming, or even traumatic; you’re allowed to say that out loud.

Two things can be true at once:
your birth didn’t feel beautiful and you are an incredible mom.

Your experience matters. Your feelings are valid. And telling the truth about your story doesn’t take away from your strength, it is your strength 🤍

Motherhood isn’t always the picture-perfect moments you see online… sometimes it looks like sitting on the couch, talking through questions, trying a new feeding position for the third time, and quietly checking in on how you’re really doing.

Postpartum support isn’t just about the baby; it’s about you, too.

Unfiltered, honest, real motherhood… from one mom to the next 🤍

If my baby cries, I respond.
If they need comfort, I give it.
If they need me, I’m there.

Not because I’m “spoiling” them…
But because I’m building trust.

One day they won’t reach for me in the middle of the night.
One day they won’t need that extra hug.
One day they’ll stop asking me to stay a little longer.

But today?
Today I am their safe place. 🤍
And I will never apologize for that.
