Dehydration is when your body loses more fluid than you take it. For the longest, I could not understand why eating a certain amount of cooked food in the day would make me feel sluggish. I learned that it is because it dehydrates me. I haven't realized cooked food dehydrated until I started getting more natural hydration through food eating more raw plant-based. Yes, I drink water, but my overall energy levels don't be the same because water from raw plants has the alkaline minerals I need to thrive. Those minerals are the electrolytes needed to proper feed our cells. Now that you have this information fo mentality chew on, pay attention to how your body feels and functions after eating each snack or meal.
