One of many ways to connect and grow self, is through communal gathering.

Learning and playing together in community connects you to your environment and the beings within it.

Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art, offers this opportunity through the blending of movement, rhythm, and culture in an energizing experience that connects body, mind, and spirit.

This intro-style capoeira workshop on August 15th at 7pm, will be taught by Professor Agulha of Grupo Senzala, one of the oldest and most respected Capoeira lineages in the world.

Whew! Nothing like closing out 2400 sq ft of sweet space! Thank you to all who came through helping in some way these past few days.

Today we carried Ganesha and Saraswati statues out with mantra and pranams.

Now we pause, we rest up and will see you around town next month. Classes in the Yoga Healing Consortium network resume on the following weekend on 4/27.

First up is Kundalini Meditation & Kriya Sunday morning 7:30a & 8:30a

Then free outdoor yoga 11am

Then 3-6:15p is the final workshop in the Heart Healing series- HH5 which takes us through the process of identifying the pain we walk with, specifically the pain of relationship with our previous versions of Self; then the elemental actions of separating pain from the information that was always there to teach us.

The last portion of HH5 at 5:30p is PadmasaNAAD- a free waves of healing event that is open to the public.

Depending on the weather and guidance of the cosmos, this workshop may be indoors or outdoors.
