***PSA for those who need to hear it***
Meditation is not an affront to Christianity. In fact, the Bible mentions meditating (or meditation) over 20 times. To meditate can be to connect to the creative source, or God, if you will.
Whether you call it meditation or prayer, please take time today to practice. This world can be so fast-paced that it becomes necessary to schedule time, so please consider setting reminders on your phone if needed. Whatever you do, please treat yourself and others with all the care prescribed by your teachers. We love you all!
