We are so excited to introduce our incredible Cottage of Spring Branch manager, Wendy Trujillo! A compassionate leader whose passion for memory care shines in everything she does.

Wendy brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, and her journey is truly inspiring.

“I’m originally from California, born and raised, and I have three wonderful kids who still live there. Whenever I have the chance, I love traveling out to visit them. Alongside that, I had the wonderful opportunity of working in the delivery department with my mom, which I really enjoyed. After leaving that field in the hospital, I was introduced to memory care and assisted living and that’s where I fell in love. For over 20 years, I’ve been working in this field, and it’s truly a passion of mine. My whole family is in healthcare, so this is nothing new to me. I love what I do, and I take it to heart every day being there for my residents and their families is so important, and it’s something I’m truly passionate about.”

We are so grateful to have Wendy leading our Spring Branch cottage and creating a warm, loving environment our residents are proud to call home 🤍

Meet Lauren, our Resident Care Manager at our Sachse location. She truly cares about every resident and family she works with. She brings so much heart into what she does every day, and it really shows.

“Hi, I’m Lauren, the Manager of Resident Care at Village Green Memory Care in Sachse. My favorite part of my role is having the honor of leading my community with heart and compassion for our residents and their families. Making a difference in people’s lives is my mission, and I’m grateful I get to do that here every day. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my husband and our little zoo of animals at home.”
