🌿 RESTORATION with GOD:

My Story of Survival, Strength, and Surrender 🌿

There are chapters in our lives that don’t make sense until we reach the other side of the pain.

For 25 years, I've worked in criminal investigations.

I’ve seen darkness face to face.

I walked into chaos when most people ran the other way.

I was trained to look for answers, for facts, for patterns—

and yet nothing in that world could prepare me for the invisible battle I’d later face:

the war within my own body.

Five autoimmune diagnoses.

Five diseases that, one by one, stripped pieces of me away.

My energy.

My mobility.

My ability to eat.

My ability to even think straight.

My skin burned, my heart raced, my joints swelled, my muscles twitched—

and at times, my spirit cracked.

I lived in a body that felt like it was betraying me.

Every doctor’s visit came with another diagnosis and more questions than answers.

But here’s the truth: 💯%

If I hadn’t learned to lean on God COMPLETELY these past 4 years… I truly believe I would be dead.

I don't say that lightly.

I say that as someone who knows what it's like to be face down on the floor,

unable to breathe from pain and panic,

not just in my body but in my mind.

I say that as someone who, at one point,

wasn't even sure where I’d go after dying.

The scariest part wasn't the physical pain—

it was the spiritual confusion.

The kind that whispers, “If God is good, why is this happening to you?”

But His word gave me the answer:

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — ❤️ Psalm 34:18

I wasn’t being punished.

I was being restored. 🧠💪🫀🫁🙌

But restoration is rarely easy.

It often feels like ruin first.

God stripped away every single identity I had clung to—

Bad ass Investigator, protector, achiever, fixer—

so that He could rebuild me into something new.

A coach.

A healer.

A woman who teaches others how to break free. 🧠💪

Someone who knows pain, but also knows peace. ✨

Not from the world.

But from Him.

I’ve spent the last few years not only healing physically through

nutrition, functional medicine,

and neuroscience—

but more importantly, healing spiritually by anchoring my life to Jesus. ⚓

He didn’t just save me.

He rebuilt me. 🫀🫁🧠💪🙌

“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten…” ❤️— Joel 2:25

That’s not just a promise.

That’s my testimony. 💪💥💪

I now lead wellness retreats in the Texas Hill Country, teach on neuroplasticity and the brain-body connection, and coach others battling what I once thought would kill me.

But it hasn't yet.

Because HE hasn't let it.

If you’re reading this and you’re in your own storm,

don’t wait until the world gives you peace.

The truth is...

It won’t.

You must go to the One who is Peace.✨

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” ❤️— Matthew 11:28

Friend, if I hadn’t cried out to Him—truly—

I wouldn’t be here to write this.

He didn’t just extend my life—

He has given me new purpose, clarity, and assurance of my eternity. 🙌

And now,

I wake up each day with the peace of knowing where I’ll go when I do leave this earth. ✨☁️

That assurance alone is worth more than any healing. ❤️

But He gave me both. 🙌🙌✨

Let Him into your pain.

Your doubt.

Your fatigue.

Restoration doesn't always look like a miracle overnight.

In fact, it rarely does.

Sometimes, it’s waking up and choosing to trust again,

even when your body still hurts.

Even when, (especially when) your thoughts are scrambled.

But I’m living proof that restoration is REAL my friend.

And it always begins with surrender.

Always.
