I’m sure you’d think someone that struggles with back pain shouldn’t be lifting heavy weights 
 but would you believe me if I told you that you should workout if you struggle with back pain?

I struggled with pain for years. I remember coming home from work, laying across my bed trying to manage the pain. It wasn’t until I discovered strength training that my life began to change.

Strength training became my relief. As I consistently lifted weights I saw my back correct itself and felt relief from the pain. Seeing my spine literally align was nothing short of miraculous.

To anyone with scoliosis, I can’t stress enough the importance of strength training. Always consult with your doctor but trust me lifting weights can transform your diagnosis. Stay consistent, lift properly, and reap the benefits!

The gym can be a healing place if you let it 


It can be the place you learn to develop what it looks like to show up for yourself time and time again 👀

It can be where you see yourself stronger and healthier than you ever have

Before the gym I personally dealt with severe back pain from scoliosis I was born with.

I had terrible depression that kept me in cycles and in my head 


Not REALLY living life.

The gym changed me which is why I committed to sharing this gift with others who know their own pain and struggles.

Get sick and tired of being sick and tired and DO something about it.

PUSH (push movement) Bench press, dumbbell shoulder press, push ups.

A must do for building upper body strength and perfect for chest, shoulders, and core!

PULL (pulling movement) Lat Pulldown, deadlifts, pull ups, seated cable rows.

Strengthens back and arms!

Make sure these are built into your routine to balance your strength gains đŸ”„.
