Today was a successful day of networking at the 27th Annual Health and Resource Expo in Park Hills, with many new connections made and a large quantity of pens acquired for my obsession. I was introduced to The Stables, a group providing equine-assisted learning in the Farmington area. As I prepared to leave, Melissa from Americare announced that I had won a prize. What?? Not me! Never! Thank you!

Saturday brought us a group of lovely women who shared a special day with our horses, embracing the joy of the sunshine and each other's company.Thank you Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis . It was a beautiful day.

Early spring is a fragile time for many pollinators. 🌼🐝
When the world is just waking up, bees are often low on energy and searching for their very first food sources.
Those bright yellow “weeds” we often ignore are actually lifesaving meals.
A single blooming flower can give a tired bee the strength to keep flying.
Nature hides important gifts in the smallest places.
Let the dandelions bloom a little longer, and you may help save a life.
Sometimes protecting nature simply means doing nothing at all. 🌿💛
