For some Mother’s Day it’s not Always a happy day for everyone. Some are longing for children to become a mother, some are grieving their miscarriages or stillborns, some are grieving their own mother or the negative impact their relationship with their mother has had on them. Whatever your feeling today good or bad is all OK. Practice self grace always but especially today, And remember this....

Happy as a Mother

Our baggage doesn't go away when we become mothers. ⁣⁣
I would go as far as to say that motherhood can even amplify preexisting baggage that hasn't been dealt with.⁣⁣
But it doesn't have to be this way!⁣⁣
We can learn to unload.⁣⁣
We can choose to heal.⁣⁣
We can choose to do things differently than our parents.⁣⁣
We can learn to be compassionate towards ourselves.⁣
I'm in the process of developing a mentorship program to help you do just that! Unload the baggage so that you can lean into and enjoy your motherhood experience.⁣⁣
