Turkey soup celery leek shallot garlic turmeric ginger fresh basil fresh rosemary thyme sage tomato paste diced tomato peas cabbage carrot potato split green peas field peas pearl cous cous and ditalini pasta
In a pan add shallot celery leek and carrot finely slice and chopped, at the onion leek and celery go opaque add onion & garlic powder, salt pepper, fresh rosemary, fresh basil, thyme and sage, also add the ginger, tumeric root and garlic before adding the seasoning and water.
Add 4 cups water and infuse the flavor, then 4 cups chicken stock. i used left over turkey but you can use chicken too, add baby potato cabbage field peas and green split peas pearl cous cous
Stir in tomato paste and diced tomato bring to a boil then reduce to a low simmer, if needed add more liquid, season to taste, and stir in the pasta

šŸ”„Spiced Cranberry SaucešŸ”„
1/4lb Cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1tbsp fresh chopped ginger
1 whole orange cut in half slice 1 half,
1 heaped spoon blackberry Jam,
3 cups water
Sprig Fresh Rosemary
Pinch Cayenne Pepper, Pink Himalayan Salt & Ground Ginger.
4 Cloves,
1 Cinnamon stick
Pink Pepper food grade essential oil

Add Cranberries,2 cups water
And sugar to a pan to soften.
When softened add Chopped ginger, blackberry jam, orange slices and Rosemary sprig let the first reduction finish.
Next add 1 cup water,
The juice from the half orang e,
1 drop pink pepper oil,
All powder spices,
Cinnamon stick and cloves
Reduce again. Once done take out the Cinnamon stick, cloves orange slices, ginger chunks and Rosemary Sprig and put in a container to chill ready to eat.
