Feel vs Fix! 🌀🛠️
As humans sometimes when we feel an uncomfortable emotion or physical pain we want to fix it, control it, talk our way out of it, think our way out of it, numb it, ignore it, blame it… The list goes on… But it is in the feeling rather than the fixing where we can begin to heal. 🌀❤️🩹
It can be HARD to FEEL our way through unpleasant triggering emotions and physical pain.
Qigong is an energy practice where we work with our body’s energy to awaken it, feel it, accumulate it, AND then GROUND it down into our lower belly, our sacral chakra. Thus helping us and grounding us to feel safe and ok to FEEL……
FEEL all that is there and available to HEAL, little by little. 🌀❤️🩹🤍
