Day 2 of our February Gathering, nothing but love and smiles ❤️

We spent the day relaxing together with yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, coloring, making jewelry, sitting in ceremony, and sharing endless hugs.

One of my favorite parts of creating safe spaces like this is watching the affection naturally flow between people. When we feel safe to be ourselves and express openly, we become more inclined to reach out, connect, and embrace one another.

And in many ways, that is what this work is all about. 🙏

Day 1 of our February Gathering.

We began the evening in connection through meditation, Hapé, and a powerful two hour breathwork journey.

As the night unfolded, we grew closer to one another, to ourselves, and to our higher power. I am always in awe of the courage humans bring into this space. The vulnerability, the honesty, and the willingness to be seen in our deepest truths.

The rawness of our pain, our grief, and even our pleasure reminds me how sacred it is to witness people returning to themselves.

✨Retreat announcement✨

Soul to Soul Harmony Church is coming to Hawaii March 27th to 29th!

I am so excited to return to the islands. This is the only place that has ever truly felt like home.

I moved to Hawaii in 2018 and lived there until 2021, and those years changed everything.

Living in Hawaii, especially through the pandemic, was the pivotal beginning of my healing journey.

The aina shaped me into the woman I am today.
It is where I first met the depth of my shadows.

Where I was held by the land.
Where the ocean nurtured me back to life.
It is where I learned to surf.
Where I fell in love with extreme hiking and climbing.
Where I began to truly devote myself to holistic health and healing.

It is where I began my functional medicine path, where I dove deeply into sacred medicine work, Kambo, breathwork, and Ta**ra, and where I formed a lifelong friendship with Kat.

To return now, and to bring Soul to Soul Harmony Church into this sacred place, feels beyond full circle.

We will dive into everything sacred: medicine ceremonies, Kambo, meditation, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, cacao, laughter, love, fun, delicious local food, and more surprises to be announced.

I am deeply honored to gather on this land, and to be part of supporting the healing of the locals, the community, and the aina itself.

I am honored to share that Soul to Soul Harmony is now established as a Church.

This step allows our community to gather within a spiritual and religious framework rooted in love, ceremony, sacred medicine, and devotion to God, in alignment with religious freedom protections for sincere spiritual practice in the United States.

The path to this moment has been walked very intentionally and with legal guidance. My mission remains the same and has only deepened. To serve God first. To honor these sacred medicines with reverence. And to walk alongside each of you with integrity, care, and responsibility.

This moment marks the beginning of a longer journey toward formal federal recognition as a Church serving sacred medicines, with the intention of expanding access, support, and healing for those in need.

One reason this step matters so deeply to me is my devotion to the healing of others. Last year, I was able to sponsor 25 people to sit in ceremony and attend retreats who otherwise would not have been able to. My intention is to double that number next year through partnerships, grants, and aligned organizations that support spiritual healing, trauma recovery, and community care.

Thank you to everyone who has walked this path with me and continues to support this mission.

Your devotion to your own healing truly matters, and I am so grateful to walk this path together.

✨ Safety is the foundation of all healing. The safety we offer to others always begins from within.

I did not grow up in environments that felt safe, so I had to learn how to build that safety inside myself. I learned to feel into the energies of others, to sense their movements, and to anticipate what might come next. At the time, it was a survival skill. As a child I should have been carefree, protected, and held, but instead I learned hyper awareness far too early.

What once helped me survive eventually became something I could transform. Over time, this sensitivity has become one of my greatest gifts in the work I do. It allows me to read nervous systems with compassion, to feel what is happening beneath the surface, and to hold others with clarity, steadiness, and genuine care.

The inner safety I have created within myself is what shapes every container I hold. It is what allows your body to soften, to trust, and to open to whatever is ready to be met.

My devotion is to continue creating spaces where you feel safe enough to open, safe enough to be seen, and safe enough to return to yourself 🙏
