A Coalition of the Parkinson's Disease Support Groups in Beaufort County, working together to provide support, educational programs, exercise options, and social events. BEAUFORT COUNTY SUPPORT GROUPS
Beaufort Support Group : Meets at Shell Point Baptist Church the first Thursday of each month, at 1:00 p.m. Support Group Leaders: Rick Ostrander – 843-525-1229, rostrander001@gmail.com

Bluffton/Sun City Support Group: Meets the last Thursday of Month at the Bluffton Oaktie Outpatient Center. Support Group Leader: Muriel Coleman – 843-987-3505

Dataw Island Support Group: Meets in Homes at Dataw Island (No regular meeting date, call for info). Support Group Leaders: Robin Weeman – (508) 945-1584; twee@islc.net or Kathy McVey (843) 838-2605

Hilton Head Island Support Group: Meets at Memory Matters, the third Thursday of each month at 2:30 p.m. Support Group Leaders: Adrienne O'Neill, 843-505-0175; adrienne@hargray.com or Ellen Forwalk, 843-681-3096

The PD Sisterhood, a support group for women with Parkinson's Disease only. This group is intended to provide women with a comfortable place to discuss gender specific issues, provide informational programs and to share experiences. We will enjoy luncheon (where Chocolate is always served), laughter and support! We are also committed to connecting with women dealing with issues of isolation & depression as a result of having Parkinson's Disease. Our goal is to live life fully in spite of PD! Meeting once every quarter at homes and restaurants, this group is new and just getting organized. For information, call Adrienne O'Neill 843-505-0175
