Samantha is Human Resources Manager for Diversity Health Center. She is a strategic HR Business Leader with ten years of experience managing people and initiating change management. As a HR leader, Samantha guides and coaches C-level executives and department managers on HR compliance, employee relations, recruiting strategies and employee satisfaction.
Samantha is skilled in employment law and identifying gaps within the workforce and developing processes and systems for efficiency. Her strengths are business acumen, identifying gaps in company processes and procedures, and organizational development strategies, and she thrives off of project oriented tasks. Samanthaโs passion for people and change initiatives stem from her background as a Social Worker in the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Aside from work, Samantha has a love for dance, home decor, and DIY projects. She would love to develop a female-led construction company, building quality and affordable homes for families within their budget. It is her belief that humanity should not have to sacrifice safety and quality within their living environment. After a long dayโs work, Samanthaโs attention is immediately consumed by her four-legged chocolate Labrador, Brownie. She also loves spending time with family and friends and traveling.
