If you value the camaraderie and energy of a Pilates class and love to move, exercise, and stay strong, but hip or pelvic pain has caused concern about potential injury or weakness, this series is designed with you in mind.
Over the coming weeks, Dr. Bill will be sharing a series of thoughtful, easy-to-follow videos designed to support your hip health. These videos will demonstrate effective ways to gently warm up your hips before Pilates class, as well as offer guidance on how to assess, address, and even help prevent hip discomfort.
This video series will conclude with an in-person workshop at Clearly Reformer Pilates in La Grange on Saturday, February 21st from 1:30-2:30pm, where you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding and apply these techniques with expert guidance for your favorite CLEARLY instructors as well as Dr. Bill.
