Hey y’all! 👋🏻 I’m Ashley, the owner of Violet and Rose Housekeeping Services LLC, and I’d love to share a little about myself! ✨

Firstly, my business name is inspired by my daughters, who are my biggest motivation in life. Violet and Rose are their middle names. One day, I hope to pass the company on to them (when they’re old enough of course lol). They already love “helping,” and I pray it sparks the same sense of purpose in them that it does in me.

For years, I dreamed of starting my own company but held back because I didn’t know where to begin. Cleaning is something I’m passionate about, something I’m gifted in, and something that allows me to serve others in a meaningful way.

In 2023, I had a major health scare and needed brain surgery to remove an AVM. During my recovery in the hospital, I decided not to waste any more time. I registered my LLC, set up everything I needed, and stepped fully into what I had been putting off. What could have held me back instead became the push that moved me into exactly where I was meant to be.

I have a pet bearded dragon named Tyson and a cat named Max. I will also love all of your pets just as much as my own😊.

In my free time, I pretty much handle administrative work for the business as well as managing a schedule with two children who are in sports haha😅. I am also an avid bible reader, writer, and fitness enthusiast. I like weightlifting and boxing regularly, but have also dabbled in snowboarding and horseback riding, etc.
While i’m cleaning your house, you can find me listening to an audiobook about neuroscience, developmental science, psychology, or my faith. My favorite authors are John Mark Comer, Tim Keller, and Gabor Mate.

My hope is that with my business, I can serve others well and make a positive impact in their life in some capacity. I have built meaningful connections with many of my clients, and I can’t express how much I appreciate each and every one. I’m also grateful for the amazing clients that I rarely see in person. Making a difference for them means just as much as it does for the ones i get to chat with😹.

Whatever your reason is for hiring my company, whether it be lack of time, lack of energy/motivation, health issues, feeling overwhelmed, big life changes, needing help around the holidays, upcoming or post event, or just plain not wanting to do it, understand that I take my job of making your life easier very seriously!
