🤔 What is Dry Needling? Let’s Break It Down! 💥

Dry needling is a modern treatment used by physical therapists to target tight muscles, trigger points, and chronic pain.

👉 It involves inserting thin, filiform needles into specific muscle knots to release tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

🔬 Not to be confused with acupuncture — dry needling is based on Western anatomy and science, focusing on muscles and soft tissue dysfunction.
