Consider getting them a foot massage / reflexology appointment to make them feel more comfortable, and they might really appreciate it👍🤔😃

I got a call for a 90 minute appointment for a foot massage / reflexology session for someone in hospice.

While the person wasn’t in any pain, they wanted to feel more comfortable, since a loved one had massaged their feet and they had enjoyed it.

During the session, they got really relaxed, and got to feel more comfortable overall.

Massage client complaint: discomfort down one leg and at the knee.

New Change: added something different to fitness routine.

Evaluation: Tightness in mid back, congestion in hamstrings on one leg, strain in quads on the other leg, and more..

Post session: Client stands up straighter and taller, and says “I feel more balanced through my body, and I don’t feel the pain in my knee anymore.” 😃👍👊✅

Client: “I hurt my knee a year ago, and it still tweaks sometimes. I’m also peri-menopausal and I’m feeling heavy in my chest, like I can’t get my energy up.”

Post session: “I don’t know why I got emotional when you were working on me, but now I feel lighter and so much better.

I’d like to make another appointment, because I now feel that Craniosacral Therapy is good for me.”

I had a new client this week, who works with their hands. The person had a deep scar tissue like a wedge, in a finger from an injury that had gone painfully wrong.

Through addressing different areas in the forearm and hand, I was able to release that scar tissue so the finger didn’t feel restrictive and uncomfortable anymore 💗👍💪
