C is an absolute rockstar with his AAC!

He has only had his AAC device for around 3 months and he is saying full sentences, asking questions, and cracking jokes!

C first came to us in May 2025. His mother reported he had little to no functional communication.

Since using his AAC he can now communicate at home and has also improved with verbal speech as well! His parents also do an amazing job working with him. We are so proud of you C!

October is AAC Awareness month.

Here is C using his AAC in therapy! C has been with us for 2 years. He started non-verbal with some signs. He has had his AAC device for a year and a half. His parents work so hard with him at home, and he has made amazing progress! He loves to request where to go eat (McDonald’s, Hardee’s, Chili’s), loves to tell me to hang “pumpkins” and “Halloween” decorations in my room, and even old me “time go” when I was talking to long to his grandmother 😆🤍

Also, look at that JOY from being able to tell me “go”

Exciting news! 📣

We are now a vendor for TEIS (Tennessee Early Intervention Services). Children 3 and under can qualify for TEIS services, and if speech therapy is needed, we can provide!

One of the coolest kids I know! We are going to miss him so much but so proud of his progress! 💪

He played some of the most intense UNO games, wore the coolest shirts, loved to hide in the waiting room and scare me as I walked in, and always had a smile on his face. We will miss you friend!
