Tired of store-bought salad dressings loaded with processed oils and mystery ingredients? Try this instead👇

✨ Fresh Basil Avocado Dressing — nutrient-packed, anti-inflammatory, and so easy!

✔️2 cups fresh basil
✔️ Juice of 1/2 lemon
✔️ 1/2 avocado (add more for an extra creamy sauce)
✔️3/4 cup avocado or olive oil
✔️ 1 teaspoon salt
✔️ 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Osteoporosis is a common health problem worldwide, especially among older adults. According to the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF), an estimated 200 million women are affected by osteoporosis globally.

While osteoporosis affects both men and women, it is more prevalent in women, particularly after menopause. This is because estrogen, which helps protect bone density, decreases significantly during menopause.

Osteoporosis increases the risk of fractures, particularly in the hip, spine, and wrist. Fractures related to osteoporosis can lead to significant morbidity, decreased quality of life, and increased mortality, especially in older adults.
