I’ve been feeling this message so strongly lately…
When you wake up spiritually, there are moments that can feel so overwhelming that you just want to give up.

But God didn’t wake us up to feel defeated.
We are being called to rise, to be the light for others who are just beginning their awakening.
To look at ourselves with compassion, with love, and with deep appreciation for how far we’ve come.

This journey is not always easy, but it is sacred.
And we are not alone.

All endings have a purpose.
Even when something comes to a close and the heart doesn’t understand,
there is a higher wisdom at work.
We are always being guided and protected.
Life never takes something away without also preparing space for what is truly meant for us.

In those moments, we can remember our spiritual tools:
our breath to calm,
our prayers to strengthen,
our silence to clarify,
our intuition to guide,
and love, which never leaves us.

When we don’t understand the “why,” we trust.
When the path feels dark, we turn on the light within.
Everything is rearranging for your highest good.

Today is a day of silence, remembrance, and love.
A moment to honor those who came before us, our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, friends,
and all the souls who paved the way.

Their wisdom, their stories,
and the strength of their hearts
live on in every step we take.

May the light of peace embrace all who have returned to the Creator’s home,and may our hearts feel their gentle presence in the breeze, in the flowers, and in every ray of sunlight.

Tonight, as the veil between worlds grows thin, we’re reminded that life moves in cycles, light into darkness, endings into new beginnings.

Halloween, or the ancient festival of Samhain, is not just about costumes and candy. It’s a sacred time to honor our ancestors, release what no longer serves us, and embrace transformation with courage and grace.

Let the glow of the candles and pumpkins remind you of your inner light, it shines even in the darkest night.
Take a moment to whisper gratitude to those who came before you and to your own soul for all it has overcome.

Good morning, Balance and Bliss community!
Today I want to share a little of what inspires me each day: my wonderful mentor, Sonia Choquette, and one of her books, which I use daily as a guide and source of wisdom. 📖💖
The energy, clarity, and love she transmits help me keep my heart open and my mind aligned with intuition.
Gratitude for being able to learn and grow from these teachings every day 🙏

I found peace in the prayers in Sonia Choquette's book. Each page is a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and trust the process. It helps me connect with my faith, guiding me back to serenity, gratitude, and to my divine light.
