Led by Alyssa Goff, LMHC, R-DMT, Coastal Counseling takes a whole-body approach to healing—blending expressive arts therapy (dance, art, music, and play) with traditional talk therapy.

Their work honors the deep connection between mind and body, offering a supportive, creative path toward healing for children, teens, adults, and couples.

Our Ornament & Keepsake Popup was such a sweet, joy-filled morning. Thank you to everyone who joined us to create heirloom keepsakes and soak in the magic of slowing down with your little one.

We loved collaborating with Awbree Caton of Bunkhouse Creative to bring this special moment to our community. Watching parents and babies create something together—pure holiday magic. 💛

We received 7 incredible nominations, and after reading each story… there was simply no way we could choose only 4. So we didn’t!! Everyone is a winner! 🥹✨

The magic of The Healing Herd lives in the little moments ✨

We had a great afternoon filled with connection & movement✨ We started with baby & me yoga lead by , followed by a stroll downtown to visit our friends and ! We love this community ❤️
