I thought I deserved it… constant feeling that I did something wrong, being afraid of the world around me, expecting criticism, belittling at any point, sexual abuse from my husband, him telling me that everyone else is bad except him…
Years of walking on eggshells around the moods of my husband, feeling like I am nobody and everything IS my fault.
22 years of living with a covert narcissist did not fully break me, though. Watching my kids suffer woke me up: I have kids to fight for! That gave me strength, I fought for them. I left the abuser, learned how to rebuild myself and my life from scratch, and now THRIVING in freedom, joy, peace, and unconditional love, feeling blessed to be part of this magnificent world.
At the time when I was the most vulnerable, working on building myself up, I desperately needed to have somebody who would understand and walk with me, to give me support, guidance, healing codes, to shine the light on my path, to show me possibilities I could not see. That’s why I am deeply committed now to helping people rebuild themselves and their lives after a relationship with a narcissist.
With multiple certifications in Hypno-therapy, Life coaching and Energy Healing, I offer support and facilitate healings beyond what all the certifications give. I offer loving space where people are held and gently guided towards discovering themselves anew.
