Day 2 of the conference was nothing short of amazing! We kicked off the morning with an inspiring and emotional keynote from Ricardo Martinez, “How One Voice Can Change the World.” The first half of the day was filled with powerful moments, especially during “Imagine Listening,” where we heard heartfelt stories from Mississippi’s own telecommunicators.
We’re so grateful to our other incredible speakers — Tim Rutledge, Jeff Ledbetter, Haley Feather & Toby Sanford, Lauren Nash, Charlsie Little, Rebecca Kimbrough, Larry Cagle, and Jeremy Brown — for sharing their time and expertise.

We went on a roller coaster of emotions, and I can't thank you enough for what you do in our profession, but also for being there in support of each other. I’m excited to be the opening Keynote speaker next Wednesday for the Mississippi 911 Conference. It will be followed up by an Imagine Listening session.
