This past weekend was filled with sweet fruit and beautiful souls - but one moment in particular touched my 💜 in the deepest way.
A man stepped up to my booth, drawn to my collection of crystal spheres. As always, I invited him to pick one that called to him. He chose a beautiful Serpentine sphere. I began to share its story - how this sacred stone was used ceremonially by the Taino Indians, placed on their altar sand in rituals to connect with the spiritual world.
I then asked, as I often do if he had ever heard of the Tainos. He simply smiled and pointed to the woman beside him- his wife. She stepped closer into my booth, eyes bright, and said , “ I’m Taino.”
Goosebumps.
I gently placed the sphere in her hand and with a knowing that came from deep within my heart said , “ it’s time to connect with your ancestors.” She had never known about this stone or its connection to her lineage. We shared an emotional moment.
These are the moments I live for - when a gemstone finds its way home, when spirit guides one to the right energy. It reminds me that every stone Carrie’s a message - if we listen. 🌺 Thanks to everyone who came out and shared your time, energy and light with me this weekend at the Mango Festival.
