Yesterday, I hugged my granddaughter for the very last time as a 10-year-old... and today she turns 11 on 9/11 — her Golden Birthday! ✨💛 She’s my one and only granddaughter — the one who made me a grandma — and today, we’re celebrating her in the sweetest way possible.

We’ve welcomed two young WhitingTrue Blue roosters to our flock! Meet Cash (named after the legendary Johnny Cash 🎶) and Chico (a little vintage TV nod to Chico and the Man 📺).
For now, they’ll be living the bachelor life in their own coop while we take time to figure out our long-term breeding goals. Excited to see how these boys grow and what the future holds for our flock! 💙💙
