Pace Car 5k - Chris Schuetz Memorial Run/Walk The Pace Car 5k is a memorial run/walk for Chris Schuetz. This annual event takes place in August. Come run with us! He was an avid runner and outdoorsman.

This upcoming August 13, 2016 will be the 2nd annual Chris Schuetz Memorial Run/Walk. Chris passed away after a complication during heart surgery on August 27, 2015. Last year, were able to give all race proceeds to the Holton Parks & Rec Department. This year, race proceeds will be donated to the Holton High School Cross Country team!

There has been some discussion about doing a "Virtual Run" for Chris' Memorial Run this year. Due to COVID, we are unable to plan any type of traditional run, but would like to keep this Memorial Run going. Can you please share your thoughts as we try to determine what is the right thing to do?

PACE 5K Update: Unfortunately, LifeCare Fitness is unable to help us this year. We've explored other options, and at this time, we will have to postpone the race. Thank you for ALL of your support!!!
