Herbalism isn’t always just about studying plant medicine. But also, the studying of plants sometimes means being good stewards of those plants.
Somethings I use in my practice are a vermicomposter and recycled egg shells.

I spent some time tinkering with the rough draft of a website I built from a blank canvas. Don't ask me how that happened, but it was caffeine. Lots of it-and Vitamin B12
