Wow - What a grounding & healing weekend it was - between going to Sacred Rose Saturday - (first big fest in years!) & Avatar Yoga Fest on Sunday was absolutely what I needed to heal, ground, reflect & connect with our local yoga community.

I graduated my YTT in Febuary at & was so honored to be asked to volunteer at their very first Avatar Yoga Fest!

Rekindled & reconnected with many friends, teachers & peers - while also finally meeting certain people Ive anticipated in meeting within the community

My heart is so full of gratitude for the fest - special thanks to & for making this all happen for us all to come together to celebrate, love & honor each other 💕

~ I enjoyed a cup of ceremonial cacao from the Cacao Queen herself

~I had an incredible and intuitive rune reading for the first time from , he gave me so much guidance on the next steps I needed to take in my journey & doing my best to integrate it all in these upcomming weeks!

~ Kelly Thank you for all the wonderful pictures you took & for dancing your heart out with me throughout the day ! I loved our talks and the advice we gave eachothers, im so grateful for our connection 🥰

~Special thank you to & Fran & Susie & the crew for really putting on a great show - the funky - dance elements followed by the grounding healing elements - i absolutely felt myself melting into the earth - havent felt so grounded in my life

~ your energies are always absolutely amazing - yall were working so hard all day with the raffle & everything - was so great to see you!!
maz - thanks for the lovely selfies & Im so happy I got to see you & volunteer with you 💕

Too many more others to name that really made this event incredible ~ Im grateful for all of you even tho some I never got the chance to talk to 💕

I would normally post a blog today, but unfortunately Im going to hold off this week! I have stuff Ive written but Im taking this time to really get organized & currently learning how to really optimize my blog, website & social media 🙂
