A beautiful workshop. My intention was to design an introduction to family constellations for the complex kid families. However we went wider and deeper and it really turned out to be an introduction to this work for all kids and families.

I did some lecturing, some exercises and a demo.

For many of the complex kids I support — children with autism, PANS/PANDAS, OCD, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, tics, depression, eating disorders, and more — there is often a deeper story that their behaviors, symptoms, and diagnoses are trying to tell.

Our children are more than their diagnoses. Often, they’re holding patterns from the family system — unspoken grief, ancestral trauma, and unresolved relational dynamics — deep in their nervous systems and souls. This Saturday, I’m teaching an introductory class on this powerful, gentle, and soul-level healing work.

Her family has already done deep healing work alongside a dedicated homeopath—supporting not just the child, but the entire family system. Recently, their homeopath recommended a constellation session to uncover what may still be unseen… to explore what this child may be carrying that doesn’t belong to her… and to invite more possibilities for healing.

The girl's mother has described feeling a heavy, dark cloud over their family—even before her daughter was born. Their connection has often felt strained, and her daughter has always needed significant extra support.

Family Constellations can shift things in profound ways, especially when a child or family feels stuck.
