Small study finds B12 injections ease autism symptoms in some children
Carefully controlled study provides evidence that methyl B12 can ease autism in a subgroup of children with the disorder.

Researchers say the results of their small study suggest that, in some children, methyl B12 shots may ease autism symptoms by improving DNA methylation (illustrated at left). They caution that larger studies are needed to clarify their results.
