Hey! I'm back in Florida and wanted to share where I'm teaching yoga with y'all!

I'm currently teaching 4 classes: gentle yoga on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9am, Chair yoga on Mondays at 10:15 and Pilates/yoga: PiYo on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 all at Crystal River Yoga:

Betsy Schwartz is a Spiritual Tour Guide, and Reiki Master teacher, who has lived in Citrus County since 2003. She helps people navigate their inner landscape and healing journey through the lens of the chakra system. Betsy has served on several non-profit boards in her previous career as a childbirth professional. She loves to play drums, swim, play Mah Jongg and practice with her Dragonboat team. Betsy envisions a world of love, and always strives to be the love and the light the world needs so desperately.

Join Becca LaPole Saturday, May 17 for restorative yoga at 1105 AM and then come back for the dance party at 7 PM! No yoga mat necessary for Becca's Bon Voyage Boogie - just a free spirit that is ready to shake it out. This will be a farewell until the fall for our nomadic yogi. She'll be around for another week or so and then off to the West she goes, so come dance some good vibes into the universe with her! 🕺🏽💃🏽👯‍♀️
