I’m currently working with Headway and Rula to expand my ability to accept even more insurance options. You can contact me directly or go to one of those partner sites to see where your insurance may be covered.

I’m moving from my current office, but can still see clients either virtually or in-person in Hondo on most Saturdays and Sundays.

The concept of Self-Care is thrown at us constantly from celebrities, social media, and spas attempting to sell you their life changing services, but self-care can be anything that helps you restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. My self care sometimes looks like splurging for that massage, listening to a good podcast, creating a monthly budget, reading a book, or taking a walk alone or with my family. I'd love to hear some of the ways you find time to be kind to yourself and nurture your soul.

Worries about the future and the lists of 'what-ifs' can lead to varying levels of anxiety for folks of all ages. Strategies to minimize and work through anxiety can be learned, practiced, and implemented to treat and prevent chronic, or long term, symptoms. If anxiety keeps you, your child, or a someone you know from being able to participate in your normal day to day activities, it may be the right time to reach out to your friendly neighborhood counselor.
