Today isn’t just about cookouts, long weekends, or time off. Today is about remembering the brave men and women who gave everything so we could have the freedoms we often take for granted.

Some families are spending today with grateful hearts, while others are carrying memories, missing seats at the table, and names that will never be forgotten. Freedom came at a cost that many paid in full.

Today we honor those heroes, their sacrifice, and the families who continue to carry both pride and loss. May we never forget that behind every flag waving is a story, a life, and a sacrifice made out of love for this country and for others.
