On Saturday 2/14/26 mom came home from rehab. She is adjusting to home life pretty well. We are still working on regaining strength and pain management, but all in all, she is doing AMAZING!! We are beyond grateful for all of the prayers and love we have received. Please keep the prayers coming! We still have a long road ahead of us. Prayers her numbers are good enough to start back on chemo to continue fighting this disease. Specific prayers would be for her numbers to be good, for her to tolerate the chemo well, for her to continue regaining strength, and for us to beat this awful disease!! 🙏🙏🎗💙

Friday January 30th, 2026

For those that don't know, Wednesday we can an ambulance to take mom to the ER. She was real weak and vomiting and we just couldn't get her to eat or drink much. With her labs done, the local ER transferred us to UTSW. We have been admitted and they are monitoring her. From the surgical and oncologist point of views, every thing looks good. We are treating severe dehydration and severe constipation and watching kidney function because of how dehydrated she was. She a little better everyday, but we have a long road ahead of us. We have to rehydrate her, get her to start eating more, and get her stronger. All of these things are doable one day at a time, especially will God as our leader. Specific prayers for better appetite, pain controlled, and regained strength. We know we have a long road ahead of us, BUT "With God ALL things are possible"!!! We appreciate and love each and every one of you, keep the prayers coming!

Money for shirts is due at the benefit February 7th!

Proceeds from shirts will go towards Rhonda's expenses during this difficult journey. With recovering from surgery and planning more surgeries as chemo and radiation, she will be missing some work so will be short on income, and we all know that life doesn't stop just because we are facing hardships. Expenses will be gas(She lives 2hours from UTSW), food, wear and tear on her car, occasional hotel stays for early morning appointments, some bills at home, and anything else that she may need help with during this difficult time. Please keep the prayers coming!

Moms surgery to remove cancer out of her liver

Long update...mom is out of surgery. With that being said, surgery didn't go as planned. There were more lesions on the liver than anticipated, therefore they were not able to remove them. They removed one for a biopsy, and they put a pump that will put chemo directly into the liver. She will get chemo every 2 weeks for 3 months. At that point we will do more imaging with the plan of most likely doing another surgery to remove the cancer from her liver. Please pray for peace of mind for mom as well as a quick and smooth healing process.

Also we are working on the benefit for February 7th to help with all of the upcoming expenses.

Update on mom....December 8,9, and 10, she did her last infusion for now.. She has done a new MRI for the new oncologist...

Update on mom....
December 8,9, and 10, she did her last infusion for now.. She has done a new MRI for the new oncologist. On January 8th she will undergo surgery to remove the spots from her liver. After some recovery, she will start 5 weeks of radiation(5days a week for 5weeks). Once radiation is complete, we will meet up with the colorectal surgeon for more imaging and see what we need to do next. Our prayers are that the radiation completely gets rid of the tumor and cancer out of lymph nodes and we won't need any other surgeries. With everything happening, she wont be able to go back to work after Christmas break, so also pray for peace of mind.

We will have the benefit to help cover medical costs on Saturday February 7th, 2026 from 10am-2pm at the Fannindel High-school Gym in Ladonia Texas.

Please continue to prayer for Ms. Moody and the rest of the family as we navigate the road ahead. If you feel led to donate, I will attach ways to donate. If you can't donate, we appreciate a prayer just as much if not more!
