AIM Hi is a locally owned ABA company. Our supervisory team is comprised of practitioners certified

Our mission is to provide a structured and supportive environment for children with autism to become successful learners, enabling them to reach their full potential. We intend to do this by:

- building the capacity and skills of individuals and families to aid in successful community inclusion,

- raising awareness and understanding of the autism spectrum disorder in the community and promoting the rights of all individuals to be treated with dignity,

- and providing leadership in the development of services for individuals with autism.

If behaviors occur for a reason - they get us things we want. If we stop getting what we want after we engage in a certain behavior, then that behavior will eventually stop occurring because it no longer serves any purpose for us. The behavior becomes extinct LIKE THE DINOSAURS!

Today’s Term of the day is DATA

We use data to determine is a goal is mastered, when we need to switch or add new targets or when to change teaching procedures to make greater progress. This information is collected and then reflected onto graphs.

As parents and educators we must be mindful of our teaching practices and the way our children respond. Everything we do makes an impact on their lives!
