If you're interested in learning how to take control of your families healthcare, rid home of toxins & live naturally LMK. "Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used a single oil at a time or in complex blends depending on user experience and desired benefit. Essential oils are usually administered by one of three methods: diffused aromatically, applied topically, or taken internally as dietary supplements."

Bath bombs
Here’s the simple recipe I use (for 2–3 bath bombs):

• 1 cup baking soda
• ½ cup citric acid
• ~2.5 tablespoons carrier oil (added slowly)
• water in a spray bottle (very little, gradually)
• 5–7 drops essential oil blend
• optional: dried flowers (crushed gently)

Mix dry ingredients first.
Add oil slowly, stirring.
Spritz lightly with water while mixing — the texture should feel like damp sand.
Add essential oils at the end.
Press firmly into molds and let set in a cool place for at least an hour.

That’s it.

No complicated ingredients.
No artificial fragrance.
Just scent doing its quiet work.

Feel emotionally “off,” stuck in grief, or just disconnected ? Geranium is such a gentle but powerful oil to keep nearby.

It’s one of those florals that just balances. It contains natural compounds like citronellol and geraniol that have been studied for mood support and nervous system benefits. Some research suggests it may help ease tension and support emotional processing through the limbic system (our emotional center).

But what I really love about it?

✨ It stabilizes without making someone sleepy.
✨ It lifts the mood without feeling buzzy or overstimulating.

That balance is gold in therapy spaces.

You might reach for Geranium when supporting:
• Emotional ups and downs
• Grief or identity work
• Trauma processing
• Clients who feel numb, stuck, or disconnected
• Or honestly… your own energy between heavier sessions

How to use it:
Diffuse 1–2 drops before a session, dilute and apply over the heart area (with consent), or blend it with Frankincense or Lavender for extra grounding support.

When you’re asking someone to go deep, Geranium doesn’t push. It just gently holds the space. And sometimes that’s exactly what’s needed. 🌿

I get it, everyone is trying to stretch their dollar now and reach for the shampoo on sale but we need to watch out for toxins in products.
In many shampoos you will find sulphates which strip and dry out your scalp and ends of your hair. Many also contain parabens which have been linked to hormone disruption and irritation of the scalp.. We do not need that type of preservative since it damages our body. And then there are the silicones that make your hair shiny but build up over time, weighing hair down, blocking rehydration.

I use doTERRA shampoo and conditioner, have been for years. My son no longer has dry, itchy scalp, my daughter experiences flaking being a thing of the past. My hair is the longest it has been in decades! I love these products. If you want to get a set comment “My hair needs this.” to get a link and save 25%.

When my parents and I did not know better we used Vick’s. Now we would not allow it to be in our home. WHY? It contains turpentine and petroleum, yuck!!! Synthetic menthol and other items that can harm lungs. We make our own, see below.

This is so easy to make and works really well! I know Vicks is a longtime go-to—it’s been around forever and you can find it anywhere. But just because something is popular doesn’t always mean it’s the cleanest option.

This DIY alternative skips additives like turpentine 😬 and instead uses real menthol from eucalyptus oil, which is part of the doTERRA Breathe® respiratory blend.

How to make it:
• Start with ¼ cup coconut oil
• Gently heat until it melts (it doesn’t take long)
• Add 15 drops doTERRA Breathe® (helps open airways and soothe the lungs)
• Add 10 drops lime (supports breaking down mucus)
• Add 10 drops copaiba (great for inflammation support)

Let the mixture cool and harden before using. If you live in a warmer climate, you’ll want to store it in the fridge.

💛 We love applying this to our chest and back—simple, comforting, and a cleaner option for respiratory support.

Every day, our bodies are exposed to thousands of environmental toxins — from the air we breathe to the water we drink, the food we eat, and the products we use. Most of these exposures are completely out of our control… but how we support our bodies is within our control.
💥 Did you know?
• 35% of adults have a stressed or sluggish liver
• Half of us are missing the key nutrients needed to fuel detox enzymes
• Environmental toxins can reduce liver efficiency by up to 45%
• And the signs of toxic overload often show up as fatigue, headaches, skin issues, bloating, brain fog, irritability, or stubborn weight
• When your liver is overwhelmed, your energy, mood, hormones, and metabolism all feel it.
That’s why I’m so excited about the new doTERRA RevitaZen Detox Duo — the Detoxification Oil Blend and the Advanced Organ Detoxification Complex — paired with the Foundational Wellness Kit for whole-body support.
Together, they help your body:
🌱 Strengthen natural detox pathways
💧 Support liver, kidney, and colon function
✨ Boost energy and mental clarity
🌿 Gently release what your body no longer needs
This isn’t about a harsh “cleanse.” It’s about giving your body what it needs to thrive. Are you ready to start giving your body what it needs? Comment ready and I will send you a link for the products.

This is one of my favorite quick DIYs—it takes just a few minutes, saves a ton of money, and has zero toxins. And yes… actually just a few minutes, or I wouldn’t make it either 😂

DIY Laundry Soap Recipe:
I use a half-gallon glass jar (linked in my Amazon storefront in my profile).

• ½ cup Epsom salts
• 1 cup washing soda
• 1 cup borax
• 1 cup unscented Castile soap
• 40–50 drops total essential oils (I only use doTERRA because I know nothing extra has been added—this time I used Abode + Lavender)
• 6–7 cups warm water

How to make it:
Mix everything well so it fully dissolves, then pour into your half-gallon jug. It will thicken as it sits, so just give it a good shake or stir before each use.

🧺 How I use it:
I use ¾ cup per load.

Simple, clean, and so much better for your home 🌿
